About 11talk

11Talk is an Online English school run by the Philippines top language school, Pines International Academy. You may learn English online from any device like a computer, smartphone, or tablet as long as you have a stable internet connection.

11talk has a curriculum team that designs lesson materials for all skill levels. Our lesson materials cover a wide range of topics to allow students to choose lessons that match their interests. The team has made sure that the lesson materials are in par with the CEFR leveling system.

Online Learning Environment

11talk offers a video lesson platform on Zoom. Students may also use alternative platforms like Skype and QQ.
11talk Video Lesson Platform supports any devices and OS.

Account Registration
Students need to sign up for an 11talk account. After that, they could avail of 1 trial class and free English level assessment.

11talk registration only takes a few minutes. To start, go to 11Talk.net and follow these steps

1. Fill out the registration form and provide your trial class information like the desired time, course, and your contact details
2.Upon completing the registration, you should receive a confirmation email; click on the link in the email to confirm your email address.
3. Click the register button to start using 11talk

How To Use 11Talk in Studying English Online

Welcome to 11Talk.net ! Navigating the site is quite easy and students can easily change their schedule, do homework, and receive feedback from their teachers with just a few clicks here and there. Learn more about how to study with 11talk!

View your class schedules in the My Class tab

You can easily change your class schedule in the Schedule Change tab.

Delete the schedule you want to change by clicking the pink ‘x’ icon.

The previous schedule has now been deleted and you can now add a new one. Click on the blue ‘+’ icon.

**Note: You can add and delete a schedule 30 MINUTES BEFORE the actual class.

Add the date on your preferred schedule and time. You can add a Saturday class if you have no time for classes during the weekdays.

After choosing a date and time, search for a teacher and select an available slot.

After selecting a teacher, confirm your new schedule by clicking OK.

Your schedule has now been changed and added.

Students can also receive and turn in homework through the site. Click on the pen icon to view your homework. The green number icon indicates how many homework tasks have been completed.

Students are able to do daily homework and receive free writing correction as well.

What payment methods can I use for my class registration?

When you apply for the courses, inform the consultant about the payment method. The consultant will also give other necessary information about fees

Attendance Policy

What time is the available class hours?

Class hours are from 7:00 am to 23:00 (PH time) on weekdays.

Can I take my English class while staying abroad?

Having a stable internet connection means you can take classes anywhere (anytime between 7 AM-11 PM PH time). 11talk students are taking classes while in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, and Taiwan.

What happens to my class if I cannot attend classes due to my circumstances?

If you are unable to attend classes due to your circumstances, you can cancel your class by using the class reservation system from our home page.

You can also send a message or contact the consultant so you can arrange for a make up class. Makeup class is available within the course duration.

Do you have classes on holidays?

We are closed during the National Philippine holidays and the Korean New Year and Chuseok holidays. Information shall be disseminated to students for the cancellation of classes.

Online Class Method

What do I need in my online classes?

Prepare a headset with a built-in microphone and a webcam.

*For laptop users, prepare a headset with a microphone if your laptop already has a built-in camera

*For cell phone users, prepare earphones with a built-in mic.
